The hotel is a relaxing place with great service. the staff is really helpful and professional. the location is convenient, near the "Palmeraie" and desert, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Also, there are good restaurants nearby. the breakfast food is excellent and great quality.

This hotel is truly exceptional and unique, located in a beautiful area surrounded by shops and restaurants. I absolutely loved the great food they served. The service was outstanding. The location was peaceful and conveniently close to attractions like the Museum of the Palmeraie. I highly recommend this place.

Top-notch experience all around! the service was exceptional, felt like a true 5-star treatment. Loved that the pool area had a heater, perfect for a relaxing swim. the restaurant served up some amazing food, had a spicy meal that hit the spot. The rooms were like something out of a fairy tale with high ceilings, fireplaces, and a private terrace - fit for a queen! The lobby bar was a hidden gem for drinks and the staff made me feel right at home. The spa treatments were pure luxury.
Shame the staff didn't serve tea with a silver spoon and fan me while I relaxed. How dare they not anticipate my every need!
